You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In case of return of the products, inform us about the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you. In the offer / discount products the cost of the return is borne by you.
In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the products in its original state and if the special markings of the product (protectors, cards, labels) have not been removed, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal and with the corresponding sales document. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.
Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you return to us whether this product is defective (same code, resizable or color), or you have been sent the wrong code, or the size is not right for you .
For the best possible service, we suggest, within 2 working days from the date of receipt, to inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. In case it is not possible to replace due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
Money return: In case of return of the products, the refund will be completed within 20 working days from the date we receive the products.
For hygiene reasons our company does not accept swimwear returns, and jewelry, unless they are defective. All products returned to our Company’s warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.
